Seasonal game, locally sourced and prepared by our butcher

Alongside pheasant and venison, we stock a small range of other seasonal game when available. All game is sourced locally where possible and prepared in-house, offering traditional cuts suited to straightforward, well-cooked dishes.

Partridge

Partridge is a smaller game bird with a delicate flavour. Well suited to roasting whole, it works best with simple accompaniments that allow the meat to speak for itself.
